Financial Advisor

We are seeking a client-focused Financial Advisor to join our team. This role plays an important part in guiding clients through key financial decisions and helping them stay aligned with their long-term goals.

The Financial Advisor works directly with clients to understand their priorities, develop planning strategies, and provide ongoing guidance across retirement, income planning, tax considerations, and overall financial coordination.

This position works closely with internal team members to ensure that recommendations are implemented accurately and that the client experience remains consistent.

Role Overview

The Financial Advisor is responsible for leading client relationships and ensuring that each client’s financial plan is clear, coordinated, and aligned with their long-term goals.

This role involves meeting with clients, developing planning strategies, and providing ongoing guidance while working within the firm’s planning approach.

Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to explain financial concepts clearly, and a consistent approach to managing client relationships.

The position also involves collaborating with internal team members to ensure that planning recommendations are implemented and that clients remain well supported over time.

Compensation
Compensation structure will be based on experience and may include salary, incentives, and performance-based components. Typical total compensation range: $70,000 – $150,000+, depending on experience and production

Location
This position may be based in either our Solon, Ohio, or our Durham, North Carolina, office.

Work Structure
This is an in-office role and is not designed for remote or hybrid work.

Team members are expected to work from the office each day in either our Solon, Ohio or Durham, North Carolina location.

Typical work hours are:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

We strongly encourage team members to take their lunch break during the day rather than at the end of the workday so they can recharge and maintain a sustainable work rhythm.

Because this role involves ongoing client communication and internal collaboration, consistent office presence is important.
